The objective of the company is to design, manufacture and market plastic and hinge products for the Australian and export markets and at all times maintain a quality of service in excess of our customers expectations.

Barron & Rawson Pty Ltd was established in 1947 as a privately owned company specialising in metal fabrication and toolmaking. During the early years of trading, the company formed some very strong relationships with major manufacturers, and became an integral part of the component supply chain to these companies.
With the evolution of new products and materials, the company later became a pioneer in the new manufacturing process of rotational and vacuum plastic moulding.
Capital investment in plant and machinery has continued and the factory now owns some of the most modern “Ferry” moulding machines available anywhere today.
The establishment in 1996 of the Quality Assured System to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 has been important in the positioning of the company, and has continued the improvements in quality production and support functions.
